The Mabton School District #120 is giving notice according to RCW 28A.335.180, of property declared surplus/obsolete by the Board of Directors.

The surplus property is available for purchase by public schools, private schools, and then the general public in the State of Washington.

A public sale/sealed bid process will be held on January 16, 2025 at 9:00 AM 306 N Main Street Mabton, WA 98935. This will follow the seal bid process. Viewing will be from 9:00 AM- 10:00 AM – Bids will close at 10:15 AM and read at 10:30 AM

The item for sale is sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. Purchasers are responsible for removing purchased items immediately.

Answer: No.  The funding grant requires that the District take physical delivery on or befor August 31, 2024
